From the hives
Honey they harvest themselves, including garlic, pepper, and mint flavors made with herbs grown on the farm. Beeswax balms, salves, lotions, and sugar scrubs sit right beside the jars.
Lexington, North Carolina
All-natural honey and beeswax, a small-country feel, and plenty of local products. And we can't forget the hand-dipped ice cream and milkshakes.
“Standing in the old ways, for they are the good ways.”
Jeremiah 6:16 — Rob and Angie Bell, owners
Inside the store
Warm sugar, fresh bread, and honey. Bushel baskets of classic candy by the counter. Homestead Creamery milk in glass bottles in the cold case. Shelves of jam, pickles, local meat, cheese, and bee-themed gifts you pick up because they remind you of somebody.
Rob and Angie Bell keep the hives themselves, on their farm in the Welcome community, and they built this store so Lexington would have a place that feels like the country stores they grew up with.
